Selkirk College continually promotes and works towards beneficial agreements and partnerships between post-secondary institutions and community organizations both within Canada and abroad.
Each year the college submits a three-year accountability plan and reports to the Ministry of Advanced Education and Labour Market Development. The President of the college is also responsible for identifying his yearly goals and reporting on the progress of them. The President’s goals and objectives are an integral part of the overall planning process at Selkirk College, and are the basis of the President’s performance appraisal by the Board of Governors.
