Collective Agreements
There are currently four employee groups within Selkirk College. All employees are covered by either a collective agreement (Faculty and Support Staff) or set Terms of Employment (Exempt).
Employees are encouraged to become familiar with the collective agreement relevant to their employment, as it contains important information on rights and responsibilities of employees and the College.
