The Human Resources Department is located in the Administration Building of the Castlegar campus. Office Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am–4 pm.
Gary Leier, Human Resources Director
Gary has overall responsibility for the Human Resources function of the College, including the development and management of a comprehensive human resources program , strategic planning and organizational development. Phone: 250.365.1221.
Arleen Gallo, Assistant Director of Human Resources
Arleen develops and implements new HR initiatives and provides human resources support to frontline leaders and oversees day-to-day labour relations for the College. Phone: 250.365.1296
Liana Zwick, Coordinator - Employee Relations
Liana provides expertise and advice on employee relations matters, PPWC job evaluation processes, Stargarden reports and setup, PPWC pd related questions as well as issues. Phone: 250.365.1368.
Michele Laurin, Coordinator - Pension & Benefits
Michele is responsible for employee benefits, pensions, early retirement incentive program, disability management and the the return to work process. Phone: 250.365.1231.
Pam Mosby, Administrative Assistant - Recruitment
