Orientation
All employees must receive a Employee Health and Safety Orientation this includes new employees before commencing work and existing employees that are changing jobs or going to operate equipment that is new to their job.
Supervisors and employees with existing qualifications for the specific job or piece of equipment-machinery may participate in presenting an Employee Health and Safety Orientation.

If you have a medical condition or ailment that might affect you from work, you may register the problem with HR Coordinator by completing and submitting this Voluntary Health Disclosure Form. This will be forwarded to the appropriate first aid attendants so they can provide the best possible care. Please know that this is VOLUNTARY; the information you provide will be held in confidence other than to the disclosures noted.
