Groupwise Password Change
Description
A simple "How To Video" demonstrating how to change ones password in the Novell GroupWise email client. These steps and video assume that the user is still aware of their GroupWise password. If for what ever reason the user has forgotten their password, they must contact an IT Services representative to have it reset. IT Services personnel can not recover lost passwords. A temporary random password will be issued.
GroupWise Password Change Steps
- Launch GroupWise
- Login With Current Password
- Click Tools
- Click Options
- Double Click Security Icon
- Enter Current Password
- Enter New Password
