Staff Email
There are several self help sections available to assist staff with both the use and troubleshooting of common problems related to the college's email system GroupWise. The sections are organized based on the two different methods of accessing GroupWise. The methods of access are via the full email client or using a web browser. The client access method requires installing a full client access program that must be installed on the computer you are planning to access the email system from. This client is available in both a PC and MAC version that can be obtained from IT Services on CD. The web access method utilizes an internet browser common to many operatings systems. The most common browsers are Interent Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome and Safari.
In addition to instructions on how to configure and access the email system some self help video demonstrations for performing common tasks in the GroupWise full client are available to assist staff.
