Meeting Schedule

Meetings will be held at least once per year. The Chair will schedule any and all meetings, shall distribute a notice of meeting location, time, agenda as well as any supporting documents in advance of each meeting.

If the Chair cannot attend a meeting, the Chair will appoint an Acting Chair for the meeting.

A quorum will be required to complete any funding allocations. A quorum shall consist of fifty percent plus one (50% +1) members of the Committee (4 personnel total).

  • The Chair will be responsible for communicating with the College community and stakeholders on decisions of the Committee 
  • Funding applications will be received on Myselkirk and will be available for staff to review
  • Approved applications will be posted to Myselkirk
