Join us for a fun afternoon of creativity and "costumery".  Make heads turn at Shambhala and eyebrows raise a Halloween!  Learn great yet simple techniques for turning your rags into riches and transforming your favourite scraps into wearable artworks!  No sewing machine necessary!  You will leave this workshop with costumes.
