This highly interactive program fosters peer to peer learning while still providing flexibility for working professionals. Content is delivered through classroom sessions and through our online learning platform. Instructed by Lesley Beatson, PhD.
Delivered over 4 modules that are spread over the course of 6 months , participants will learn from, and share experience with, a supportive group of like-minded peers from various industries.
Each module has 3 classroom sessions, delivered 1 day per week, over 3 consecutive weeks. There are also a number of learning activities delivered online during each module.
The modules are sequential and cumulative, with each session building on the previous one. However, each session is also designed as a complete and separate learning experience.

Participants will be given activities to complete on their own in order to deepen their learning and build a foundation for on-going leadership development.
Module 3 - Leading Others
Success in your organization depends on good communication. In this course we learn and practice evidence based methods of listening and communicating.
Building relationships with customers, employees, stakeholders, networks, and partner organizations is an important requirement to successful leadership. In this unit we examine how to build a team, engage employees, coach performance and facilitate successful meetings.
Module 4 - Vision, Strategy, and Planning for Success - Leading and Managing Change
There is more to strategy than a plan. You need a clear vision and everyone must be aligned working toward that vision. In today’s world of rapid technological advances, change is the one thing you can count on. With knowledge of certain change principles leaders find it much easier to implement organizational change.
