Understanding Your Property Assessment

This course will lay out a step by step process on how to understand and if needed, appeal your property assessment. It is geared towards the residential property owner but is also beneficial to the commercial property owner. A correct assessment could save you money now and into the future. Learn how to review your Assessment Notice and the information that BC Assessment has on your property; Understand property classifications and applicable exemptions; What you are entitled to request from BC Assessment and how you can move forward with a potential appeal.  Pre-registration is required.
