ShelterGuides Home Share and Respite Care Training

This exciting 14-week pilot program is designed to equip you with a solid foundation that will prepare you for employment as a Home Share or Respite Care provider.  ShelterGuides innovative training approach provides learning through storytelling about real life scenarios. This training stems from years of experience in the field and includes current information on respectful, person-centered support for individuals with disabilities (and others with special care needs) in home and community settings.  Funding is available to assist students with costs.  Phone 250.365.1208 to register.
