Applied Leadership Citation Program

Developed in full consultation with approximately twenty of the largest employers in the West Kootenay/Boundary Region.  Manager, supervisors and individuals seeking leadership roles have identified the skills and theory desired for new or existing leaders to become successful.  The result is a six-course program that will provide individuals with leadership skills and knowledge they can immediately employ in the workplace.

The modules are sequential and cumulative, with each module building on the previous one.  However, each module is also designed as a complete and separate learning experience.  There are 4-5 weeks between each session for back-at-work application, coaching and mentoring.  Save $150 and the HST when registering for all modules at once.

Upon conclusion of all modules participants will be granted the "Applied Leadership Citation Program" Certificate of Completion from Selkirk College.
