SNOW 154 Snow Sports Human Resources Management

A solid understanding of sound human resources theory and practice is essential in the ski industry where the link between resort operations and the guest is critical to success. Innovative and appropriate approaches to human resources functions such as recruiting and training allow ski resort supervisors and managers to achieve high levels of customer service and satisfaction in their departments. SROM 154/SNOW 154 focuses on key human resources issues in the ski industry including employee selection, training, evaluation, turnover, health and safety, and recognition. You also study employment standards and human resource management trends and challenges.
