Tiago de Renor
Tiago de Renor is one of the young up-and-coming talents hailing from Brazil. An audio engineer by trade and a composer by degree, Tiago blends his love for music theory with analog sounds in intense, melodic ableton live acts.
Amon Carpenter
Amon Carpenter is a Composition Major in his second year at Selkirk College. Having the opportunity to learn and explore concepts and techniques from his composition and songwriting classes he has used it create several projects which will provide a set list of original songs. His focus also lies on writing melodies and lyrics, for which he takes inspiration from Gnarls Barkley, Bon Iver, Pixies and The Weekend. Enjoying collaborating with his fellow students, it has been a big part of his development to being a versatile musician. As he prepares for his Showcase with his band, Amon looks forward in making it a enjoyable and memorable experience for everyone.
Doors open at 7 p.m. and admission is by donation.
