He completed a B.A. in geography and environmental studies from the University of Ottawa and a M.Sc. in geography applied to remote sensing from Sherbrooke University. His research used remote sensing and in-situ measurements to characterize snow accumulation and snow melt in Northern Quebec. He has since worked in the forestry and agricultural industry as a GIS Analyst and Data Scientist for the past 3 years.
B-C moved to British Columbia with his family in 2017 to get closer to the mountains. He is an avid skier, rock climber and mountain biker. Always looking forward for the next adventure, he is excited to be joining the Central Kootenay community as of 2020!
