Monetary awards for eligible, full-time students entering Selkirk College for the first time who have demonstrated strong academic achievement. Applications are available in the Financial Aid Office or may be downloaded from our website from February 15 - March 31.
Monetary awards for students enrolled in a minimum 80% course load who have demonstrated strong academic achievement while attending Selkirk College. The online scholarship application is available on our website from February 15 - April 15.
Scholarship recipients may be selected by the following processes: Application, Departmental Nomination and by GPA reports.
Southern Interior Development Initiative Trust (SIDIT) Awards
Trades and technology students from communities across the Southern Interior of BC may have access to $5.4 million in support over multiple years. This is the single largest donation for student awards in the history of Thompson Rivers University, Okanagan College, University of BC – Okanagan, Selkirk College and College of the Rockies. All funding is provided by SIDIT and administered by participating institutions. Applications for students studying at Selkirk College may be downloaded from our website.
Monetary awards for eligible students enrolled in a minimum 60% course load who have demonstrated financial need and who have a minimum grade point average of 2.0. The online bursary applications is available on our website from September 15 - October 31.
