Off-Campus Work Permit Eligibility:
To be eligible to work off-campus, you must:
Currently be enrolled in an academic degree, diploma, or certificate program at Selkirk College (students taking only English as a Second Language courses are not eligible).
Have maintained satisfactory academic standing in your program of study.

Hours of Work Permitted:
From September until April: up to a maximum of 20 hours per week
During scheduled breaks (summer, winter and reading breaks): work full- time.
What happens if I lose my eligibility?
If you become ineligible for the off-campus work permit, you must stop working off campus and surrender your work permit to CIC. You may re-apply later when you meet the eligibility requirements.
