DictaPro Transcription Services Inc. has been operational since July, 2002.

DictaPro has been providing transcription services to Acute Care Hospitals, as well as private physicians and individuals. DictaPro is not limited to medical transcription only as we also transcribe non-medical interviews, focus groups etc. It is one of the Selkirk graduates who transcribes the interviews, and focus group discussions. Her work has been commendable, as per the feedback I received from the clients. I must say I am very pleased with the graduates that I have hired out of Selkirk's Transcription Program. I currently have six graduates of your program working. Your standards are, indeed, commendable. The students come with a proper understanding of the transcription profession, i.e. the importance of accuracy, diligent proof-reading, while maintaining confidentiality of the data transcribed. They take pride in their work. All of the above, in turn, makes the employer's job much easier to train them.
