Instructor Biographies
Susan LeFebour
Susan received an Honours Diploma from George Brown College, Toronto and then worked as a goldsmithing assistant to Barbara Heinrich in Rochester, N.Y., returning to school to complete her BFA at the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design. An award winning designer-goldsmith, she has exhibited her work in Canada and the US, and has operated her limited edition jewelry and custom design business, Susan LeFebour Studio, since 1994.
Krista Patterson
A graduate of the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design, with a Jewelry major and an Art History minor (’93), Krista has taught for Nunavut Arctic College in Canada’s North. Her studio experience includes the creation of one-of-a-kind jewelry and sculptural objects as well as production craft and design.
Laura White
Laura holds a Diploma in Jewelry Design from Vancouver Community College and is a graduate of the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design (BFA’93). She has taught for the Jewelry Program of Nunavut Arctic College in Canada’s North, exhibited her work nationally, and markets her studio production work through her business, White Metal Design.
