Bio
Peter Holton has been a member of Selkirk College’s faculty since 2001. He teaches courses in Integrated Environmental Planning, Renewable Energy and Recreation Fish and Wildlife field activities. He brings to Selkirk over 25 years of experience in Natural Resource Management, and Land Use and Environmental Planning. He has worked in many rural, resort, and mountain communities throughout North America. In addition to his work at Selkirk College he is the principal of Holton Planning Associates, an affiliate with Winston Associates, a Boulder Colorado based planning and design firm, and the President and CEO of The Environmental Stewardship Foundation, a Sacramento California based non-profit land trust.
