The Purchasing Department provides a centralized purchasing service for the procurement of all materials, supplies, equipment and services required by Selkirk College.

The Purchasing Department is located on the ground floor, at the west side of the Castlegar Campus, 301 Frank Beinder Way, Castlegar, BC V1N 4L3.

Regular office hours are 8:00am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday.  Appointments are not normally required for interviews, but a telephone call to ensure the person with whom you wish to speak is in the office may save an unnecessary trip.  The College switchboard number is 250 365-7292.  Fax number is 250 365-6568.  Every effort is made to see vendor representatives promptly.

Selkirk College demands a high standard of business ethics in conducting its business and reserves the right to be restrictive in the selection of suppliers where previous performance has not met these standards.
