Requesting Transcripts
Upon receipt of a written request by the student, the Admissions and Records office will mail an official transcript directly to an institution, agency, or employer named in the request. The transcript will show the student's complete academic record (including GPA) at Selkirk College. Please note that transcripts may take up to one week to process.
A fee of $5.00 is charged for this service, which must be paid in advance of mailing. All other obligations relating to fees, library materials, rentals or borrowed equipment must be met before any official transcripts or credentials will be released.
In order to release transcripts, we must receive written request/consent that includes your signature by one of the following methods:
- Complete and sign a Transcript Request Form and pay the fee ($5.00 per copy) as per the request form.
- You may drop off the request form in person to a Selkirk College Campus near you, or
- Fax, mail or email (a scanned copy)of the Transcript Request Form or a signed letter/note with your identity: name, address, home phone number, daytime number (if different), Selkirk College student number, date of birth, SIN, and a credit card number and expiry date to cover the fee ($5.00 per copy).

The student record is considered to be confidential information and the College will not release information outside the College without the student's written consent.
