Study Paws: Visit, pet and enjoy the company of guest dogs to reduce stress and anxiety. -in room M14, from 11 – 1:00 p.m.
Cup of Calmness: Come enjoy a cup of tea to relieve your anxiety and the stress of midterms. Learn how different teas can affect your mood and mind. Perhaps tension tamer, calming Buddha Blend, Chamomile? Don’t forget to bring your own re-useable cup. -in the Pit from 12 – 1 p.m.

Eat & Art: Dare to Tangle with Zentangling. Zentangle is an easy to learn method of creating beautiful images from repetitive patterns. It is a fascinating art form that is fun and relaxing. It increases focus and creativity. Zentangle provides artistic satisfaction and an increased sense of personal well being.
