Covid-19 Protocol Update
All fitness classes provide maximum physical distancing and proper sanitizing protocols.
You must bring a mask and wear it at all times while walking through the facility or when physical distancing is not possible. This includes any time you arrive to or leave your designated space.
The instructors will confirm what equipment is needed but in most cases you will be required to provide your own mats, etc.
All fitness classes will require registration PRIOR to the class starting. Drop-ins will not be allowed.
