Mindful Eating is an 8-week professionally led program supporting you to transform your relationship with food, your body, and yourself. Instructor Michelle has 1200 hours of post graduate training and certification through the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association.
Mindful Eating is about the way you eat, the development of a kind of awareness that you bring to mind whenver you eat. Awareness is the cornerstone of mindfulness, calm and focused attention. The art of mindfulness can help you find a balanced relationship to food, to eating, to health.
