Only students and staff. Join us for a dynamic yoga flow; combine alignment instruction and breath connection. The goal of these sessions are to leave class feeling refreshed and inspired. Bring your own yoga mat, blocks and straps they will not be provided.
Please wear a mask to the gym. You may remove your mask once you have set up your mat. Runs from Sept. 29 - Dec. 10th.
