Participants will examine benefits and drawbacks of using models of culture and cultural values in analyzing classroom behaviours. Participants will build learning outcomes, instructional strategies, and assessments for their courses that promote inclusion, respect, and trusting relationships between instructors and students in multicultural groups of learners.
