Experience the benefits of Meditation during Thrive Week.
You will be guided in the practice of mindfulness and meditation to cultivate calm and work with the mind to enhance physical, emotional, and mental balance. The class will include conscious breathing (pranayama), guided meditation instructions, a 20-minute sit, and be followed by brief group discussion.
