Zumba is taught by Katie McNeil, an instructor licensed by Zumba Fitness, LLC. The exercises include music with fast and slow rhythms, as well as resistance training. The music comes from the following dance styles: cumbia, salsa, merengue, mambo, flamenco, chachacha, reggaeton, soca, samba, hip hop music, axé music and tango.
Pre register ONLY! Open to staff and students. Please pre-register by emailing email@example.com or phone 250.505.1325. Please wear a mask to the gym. You may remove your mask once you have set up your space. Bring good shoes and water.
