Faculty Assistant, Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Summer completed her nursing degree in 2002. She worked in a variety of settings in acute and community care through the years in both Canada and the US.
In 2015, Summer began her employment with Selkirk College as the faculty assistant for the BSN Program. Summer completed her master's degree in nursing with an education focus (MSN-Ed) in 2022.
Outside of work, Summer enjoys spending time with her children and exploring the Kootenays with friends and her dog.
