Transfer
General Transfer Information
In general, receiving institutions within BC will take up to 60 credits of transfer from a College. This transfer can either be on a course-to-course basis or can involve block transfer of a credential or other grouping of courses. Although course-to-course transfer works well, sometimes block transfer can have advantages.
How Our Courses Transfer
Almost every course in the School of University Arts and Sciences has transferability within the BC post-secondary system; however, not every course will give you transfer into every program.
To determine the transferability of a course to your target institution and program you can:
- Use the BC Transfer Guide to find out how the Selkirk Course transfers to your target institution.
- Review the target program to determine whether the course at the receiving institution applies to your program.
Transferring a Credential
Completing certain credentials may ease your transfer process.
