Classic Push Up Challenge - How many can you do without stopping?
Participate in person at the Castlegar or Nelson gym OR send in a video of yourself participating in the challenge.
How To Do It: Proceure
1. Start in a plank position, holding the spine neutral (no sagging)
2. Place hands so that when you drop, your mid-chest lines up with the base of your palms.
3. Lower until your chest touches the ground and then push back up until your arms are extended.
Complete as many as you can without stopping.
