Student Leadership
Board of Governors
Providing opportunities for students to contribute to the governance of Selkirk College is critical to our success. Two elected student representative seats are available each year for students. The Board of Governors is responsible for the overall governance of the College and approaches its task by focusing on strategic leadership rather than administrative detail. The Board meets nine times a year between September and June including two strategic/educational retreats. Students receive an honorarium for their attendance and contribution.
