Join us as we gather to lower the Every Child MattersTM flag, designed by Ktunaxa artist Carol Louie, which we raised on September 28.
Every year, we raise the flag in recognition of the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. We come together at 2:15 pm to lower the flag to honour the resilience and dignity of Survivors, those who didn’t come home, and their families and communities.
We honour the truths shared over the past month and commit to continuing to meaningfully move toward reconciliation.
