It's National Kindness Week—a time to focus on acts of kindness, volunteering and giving! Join us for a variety of kindness-focused activities and practice being kind to yourself, others and the Earth.

- Make a pin with a message of kindness, grab friends to spell "kindness" with your bodies for a chance to win pink Selkirk College Choose Kindness T-shirts for you and your group, and more!

Valenkind’s Day Card-Making Pop-Up: The Pit, 11 am–1pm

Kind to the Earth Textile Repair and Hack Pop-Up: The Pit, 12–4 pm
- Repair any clothing instead of tossing it away!
- "Franken-kind" your pink clothing into Kindness Week "pinkwear."

- Write a sticky note of kindness and get a candy heart button. Take a photo of you and your friends in our photo booth. Grab a random act of kindness idea and post you doing it to the @SelkirkCollegeStudentLife Instagram account.
