Learn to Lead with Empathy
Join us at the Castlegar Campus for a one-day training that provides helpful skills for anyone who engages with a wide variety of people, including those who have lived experience of homelessness. The session includes a selection of pre-recorded Ryan Dowd homeless training modules.
The training helps prevent conflict with clients, patrons or customers. Following the training modules, participants will be guided through facilitated community conversations to integrate learning.
