Gratitude helps people feel more positively, relish in good experiences, improves one's health, helps people deal with adversity and assists in building strong relationships.
Make a Gratitude Jar
Gratitude jar kits contain a mason jar, decorations, a pen and coloured card stock. The idea is to write down something or things that you are grateful for each day.
Things to write about include but are not limited to your body or health, something you're looking forward to, accomplishment(s), places you've been and things you've been given.
Register by Friday, September 13, at 9 pm and pick up your jar on Friday, September 20, at the Mary Hall gym office.
