Join Selkirk College for a five-week intensive introductory course that will introduce students to the histories, languages, values, oral traditions and literature of the Sinixt (Lakes), Okanagan-Syilx, Ktunaxa and Métis Peoples.
Open to Everyone
These wonderful classes introduce students to local Indigenous histories, languages, values, oral traditions and literature. This course provides a great opportunity for students, community members and college employees to connect to the cultures that have shaped this region.
- October 15–November 19, 2022, Saturdays for five weeks (no class on November 12)

This three-credit university transfer course is open to full or part-time students, community members and Selkirk College employees. Take it for credit or for general interest.
