ENGL 112 Introduction to Poetry and Drama asks us to be in the moment. In English 112, we will reflect on both literary and cultural issues in ways relevant to our lives. Students will be guided in a close reading of poetic and dramatic texts, and the development of a literary vocabulary. Students will interpret texts, develop arguments, and write academic essays based on those texts.
Prerequisites
English Studies 12, or equivalent with a minimum of 73%, or written permission of the Instructor and School Chair.
