Introduction to Aseptic Technique

PTEC 113 Introduction to Aseptic Techniques examines foundational principles of aseptic technique required for parenteral product preparation. Students are also introduced to the associated documentation requirements and quality assurance practices as outlined by the Canadian Society of Hospital Pharmacists. This course prepares students for the application of aseptic principles in subsequent lab courses.
