Thrive Week, which runs from Monday, December 2, to Friday, December 6, is an opportunity to focus on supporting positive mental health and wellness. A series of events across campuses will help you relax, recharge and connect with the college community.

From free pizza to pop-up yoga and a movie night to therapy dog sessions, Thrive Week offers plenty of opportunities to connect and destress.
