Due to variable demand and instructor availability for Prenatal Education, we are changing our course planning approach to guarantee that scheduled courses go ahead as planned.
Sign up for our Waitlist and we will contact you when a Prenatal Education course can be scheduled, based on your preferences and our minimum number of partners.
You will be registered right away, or be able to join the next available group.
What to expect when you are expecting...
Prenatal classes will coach you through the processes of labour and delivery; postpartum care and breastfeeding. It is recommended that you choose a class that will finish at least six weeks before your due date.
Courses are offered in formats throughout the West Kootenay-Boundary region:
- 6-Week Online
- 6-Week In Person
- Prenatal-in-a-weekend
The fee includes one support person. Bursaries are available for those needing financial assistance.
