BTM, MScOE
Andrew comes to Selkirk College with 12+ years of running businesses in the Experiential & Outdoor Education, Adventure Recreation, Ski Resort, and Leadership Training fields.
This means that Andrew has tangible experience teaching, grant writing, policy creating, marketing, bookkeeping, hiring and staff training, program developing and creating strategic partnerships. He has also been known to be able to completely disassemble, repair, and reassemble a commercial toilet that was cracked by someone kicking it with a ski boot in under ten minutes, but the rest of that story is reserved for class.
Andrew has a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management from Vancouver Island University and a Master's degree in Outdoor Education from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland. He has served as the Program Coordinator for the Selkirk School of Business since 2019.
