Elisabeth started her journey in health care in Germany in 1990 as a geriatric nurse working in different roles in long-term care, which also included teaching geriatric nursing students.
After coming to BC in 2003, she continued her journey as a care aide and LPN in long term care after graduating from Vancouver Community College in 2007.
Combining the best of both worlds, she feels fortunate to have been able to join Selkirk College in 2021 as part of the Health Care Assistant Program and to be able to share her experience and knowledge with her students.
