Jenna graduated in 2016 from Sheridan College in Ontario as a nurse and worked in a variety of clinical and teaching roles in Toronto and across BC. She has enjoyed working as a hospital coordinator, charge nurse and staff nurse. Some of the areas that Jenna worked in are cardiology, respirology, emergency medicine, LTC, wound care, withdrawal management and event medicine. Jenna enjoyed teaching the HCA program across BC before coming to Selkirk College and teaching in the Postgraduate in Gerontology Nursing Program.

Jenna grew up in Nelson, BC, and after graduating from LV Rogers moved to Ontario and Vancouver Island before returning to the Kootenays in 2020 to raise her son with her husband, Michael. They enjoy travelling, trying new food and exploring the mountains!
