With your Transportation Endorsement, you will learn more advanced patient assessment and critical intervention procedures while moving patients with spinal injuries to medical aid. Recommended for small operators situated more than 20 minutes from a hospital.
Prerequisite:
- Valid Basic First Aid: WorkSafeBC certificate (formerly OFA Level 1) or equivalent or Intermediate First Aid: WorkSafeBC (formerly OFA Level 2)
Must bring current Basic First Aid: WorkSafeBC certificate (formerly OFA Level 1) and photo ID to class. You will not be able to attend class without this certificate. Wear closed-toe shoes and long pants.
Three (3) year certificate. Manual included.
