Tracking Our Progress

There are a few ways that we stay on top of our commitment to environmental sustainability.

Sustainability Tracking, Assessment & Rating System

The Sustainability Tracking, Assessment & Rating System (STARS) measures and encourages sustainability in all aspects of higher education. 

We are proud to have earned our second Silver STARS rating in recognition of our sustainability achievements from the Association for the Advancement of Sustainability in Higher Education (AASHE).

Climate Change Accountability Report

As a public sector organization in British Columbia, we complete an annual Climate Change Accountability Report, which measures operational greenhouse gas emissions and plans actions to reduce and offset emissions. We report on Scope 1, Scope 2 and partial Scope 3 emissions.
