This workshop helps learners acquire the knowledge and skills they need to recognize and intervene in an incident of sexual violence.

This training helps learners acquire the knowledge and skills needed to recognize and intervene in an incident of sexual violence as well as discuss strategies for creating a safer campus community. Uses the 4Ds (Direct, Distract, Delegate, Delay) Active Bystander Intervention Model.

Registration must be received the Monday prior to the workshop by 4 pm. Zoom links will be sent to those registered by the deadline.

Workshop Series

Join Selkirk College, College of the Rockies and North Island College presenters to learn more about sexual violence and mental health topics to support your fellow students (and yourself!). Certificates of completion will be provided after each workshop. Complete all five and be put in a draw for a great prize at the end of the year!
