Refunds are based on the date the completed withdrawal form is received in the Enrolment Office. These dates apply to domestic students and returning international students. For new international students, please see these guidelines.
Fall 2026: September 8–December 19, 2026
Last day to receive 100% refund: September 14, 2026
Last day to receive 50% refund: September 28, 2026
Last day to withdraw or change to audit: November 20, 2026

Alternative Schedule Courses and Programs
Alternative schedule courses and programs (not including Community Education & Workplace Training courses) do not run on the regular term schedule listed in the Important Dates section of the academic calendar. This includes a course or program starting before or after a regular term date, or a condensed or expanded offering.
