*Masks are mandatory at all times, even when exercising.
*New physical distancing of 2.5m is required at all times while in the weight room or gymnasium.
*All users must register using the forms below for each specific campus prior to first use.

Weight Room COVID-19 Protocols
You are required to prescreen prior to coming to the facility, you will be asked to confirm this on the sign in sheet. The following prescreen is an example.
Masks are required at all times, including while working out.
One at a time for washroom use.
No access to change rooms or gym lockers.
Water fountains are to be used for refilling water bottles. NO MOUTH SPOUT.
Booking a time and sign in procedure:
a) Phone or email ahead to book a time.
b) Maximum 1 hour sessions. Arrive no more than 5 minutes prior and leave no more than 5 minutes after.
c) Proceed through designated entrance with mask on.
d) Use hand sanitizer that has been provided.
e) Confirm prescreen and reading of gym protocols during sign in at front counter.
f) Grab cleaning kit and proceed to the weight room.
Maintain physical distance (2.5 m) at all times.
Do not use equipment or apparatus directly adjacent to someone else.
Clean everything that is touched where possible, by spraying cloth then wiping as opposed to spraying the equipment. On items where a full clean is not possible (i.e. medicine ball), use hand sanitizer before touching.
DO NOT use any equipment that is still wet from a previous cleaning.
Return cleaning kit when session is done and exit at the designated exit point.
Please bring your own personal equipment (i.e. gloves, belts, yoga mats, rollers, etc).
